Working with mindfulness in a group can be a powerful tool to encourage purposeful focus in the present moment. Research shows us that MINDFULNESS improves well being, physical health and mental health. Working in a group “normalises” the existence of issues that are the human condition.

MIND REWIND run tailored Mindfulness sessions. We believe that taking groups through a variety of techniques provide tools for individuals to find the essence of self. We suggest this as an ongoing weekly/monthly program
